Wanted: Senior ASP.NET Web Developer (ASP.NET/C#)
We are looking for a skilled developer with 5+ years experience to join our talented team. You must have excellent C# and HTML/CSS/Javascript and SQL Server skills coupled with an in depth knowledge of web technology and usability. Must be enthusiastic, a quick learner, thorough and committed.
You will be working in a casual, friendly enviroment with experienced developers where your input will be appreciated and you be well compensated. You will be working in a sunny office in High Street, CBD with the latest tools and high end equipment - with freshly ground espresso and a V fridge to keep you going. We are a small focused company where you will see the direct outcome of your work. You will be frequently communicating with clients and other designers and developers. We have been operating for the past 9 years and have a stable of interesting clients including many of NZs top companies.
We work as a technical partner to web design/interactive agencies and directly with corporates and medium sized businesses across a variety of industries. We design and develop websites, microsites, and web based line of business intranet applications.
We are looking for someone capabable of:
- Working independently - taking responsibility for whole projects
- Dealing with clients - handling questions and requests
- Helping and being helped by others on a team - eg asking questions, pair programming, code reviews
- Estimating your own time and scoping projects
You will need to enjoy taking ownership of a project, delivering it on time and within budget. You will need to be able to work to a specification but also use your initiative and communicate with the team and clients to fill in the gaps as required.
You will need to be able to follow coding standards and learn to use and help shape our CMS frameworks and internal code library.
